The Aim of Enactus RLAC is to initiate the mindset of social responsibility among young entrepreneurial minds so as to fully utilise their potential of creativity for the welfare of society. These young minds could bring in a significant change in the monotonous and niche industries prevailing in the market.
Standard Operation Process The Enactus' SOP has a unique feature of constant throughout the globe as it is an international organisation that allows students to utilise their social entrepreneurial talents. It includes 3 levels
- The Member
- The Core Team
- The Advisory Board
This Process starts in the 1st year of college where the students appear for the recruitment process and get selected to become the members of the society. These members work under their seniors (2nd and 3rd year students). Further they work along for 12 months to secure a position in the Core Team which comprises of 2nd Year students and leads the operations for the next 12 months in which the recruitment of new members is also included. By the 3rdyear, this core team becomes the Advisory Board of the society and they hand over the operations to their groomed juniors which now become the Core.
