Abhivyakti, the English Creative Writing Society of Ram Lal Anand College, is a studentdriven platform dedicated to nurturing literary expression, creativity, and critical engagement among aspiring writers. The society aims to provide a space where students can explore diverse forms of writing, share their work, and grow through collaborative learning and constructive feedback. During the academic year, Abhivyakti organized twelve thoughtfully curated events that blended creativity with skill development. The session commenced with an Orientation Programme and an insightful author interaction, setting a strong foundation. Signature events like Brew Jar encouraged members to present original poetry and prose in an informal, supportive setting, while knowledge sessions focused on enhancing writing techniques, poetic expression, and performance skills. The society also hosted competitive and collaborative events such as the intra-society slam poetry competition and Verse Off, an inter-college event celebrating spoken word. Initiatives like Whispers of the Valley and participation in NEST Fest expanded cultural and thematic engagement. Enriching experiences like the Sylvia Plath-inspired session and the World Book Fair visit added depth to members’ literary exposure. The year concluded with Perception: Eclipse and Echo, fostering experimental writing. Overall, Abhivyakti cultivated a vibrant and inclusive literary community
