Ram Lal Anand College, University of Delhi is committed to providing a safe and equitable environment for all its stakeholders. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the college has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address issues of sexual harassment.
Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) constituted on 29th October 2024 consists of 9 members from different walks of the college substrata.
The ICC is empowered to receive complaints, conduct inquiries, and recommend appropriate action while maintaining confidentiality and fairness. It also undertakes awareness initiatives to promote gender sensitization.
