This committee is involved in contacting various multinational companies in different fields for arranging placement interactions in several rounds for III year students. Selected candidates are interviewed in round and offered suitable job positions. This committee also conducts workshops for prerequirements to apply for jobs such as resume Writing.

To maintain and create an academic and work environment free of sexual harassment for all members of the university community, Delhi University adopted an ordinance on "Sexual Harassment" in 2003. In keeping with this, the college has a duly elected Committee against sexual harassment comprising of students, teachers, non-teaching staff and nominated legal experts. The Committee will ensure to create an atmosphere promoting equality and gender justice in the College. Complaints against sexual harassment from any member of the College community are attended to by the Committee.
The Supreme Court has defined 'ragging' as "an act which has the effect of teasing indulging in rowdy or indiscipline activities (likely to cause) hardship or psychological harm....in a fresher..." Students indulging in ragging will be punished as per law.
